Get started with AI Agents
AI Agents is in limited preview. Preview accounts find it in the Workforce part of the sidebar and can create agents there. Deploying an agent so it runs on its own is not open yet.
If you don’t see Workforce at the top of your sidebar, your account isn’t in the preview. There is nothing to switch on; AI Agents opens to everyone at launch.
Find AI Agents
Sign in on the web
Sign in at syntic.ai.
Switch to Workforce
At the top of the sidebar, choose Workforce in the Chat, Workforce, Apps switch.
Open AI Agents
Click AI Agents below the AI Staff group. The page lists the agents in your organization.
What works in the preview
- Creating, editing and removing agent definitions. Each active agent uses one AI Agent slot.
- Reviewing agents alongside AI Staff in the same Workforce area.
Not available yet
- Deploying an agent. Trying it shows Agent deployment isn’t available yet. Nothing was deployed or charged.
- Channels, such as connecting an agent to a messaging app.
- Logs of deployed agents.
