Use AI Chat with Team and Enterprise plans
In an organization, everyone chats against the organization’s plan, and admins decide some of what members can do. There is no setup for members: once they accept the invitation, chat works for them inside that organization.
How usage is shared
- The organization’s plan allowance and its 5-hour, weekly and monthly windows are shared by its members.
- Daily web searches are counted per organization.
- Owners can set spend limits for individual members or groups. See Member and group spend limits.
- Settings → Admin Settings lists each member’s requests and tokens, so admins can see who is using the allowance.
Controls admins have

When an organization has switched a feature off, members see This feature is disabled for your organization. When a member’s role doesn’t include it, they see Contact your admin to request access to this feature.
