Use AI Images & Video with Team and Enterprise plans

In an organization, image & video credits belong to the organization, not to each person. Members draw from the same monthly balance and from any packs the organization has bought.

How credits are shared

• The monthly plan credits are the organization’s, set by its plan.
• Credit packs bought on the plans page are added to the whole organization.
• Purchased credits never expire; plan credits reset each month.
• Enterprise organizations agree a custom amount with sales.

Who can buy packs

Buying credits is a billing action. Only members who can manage billing can complete a purchase. See Who can manage billing.

Keeping an eye on spend

Settings → Usage shows Image & video credits — This month with credits used out of the plan total. Spend limits for members and groups are covered in Member and group spend limits.

Storage

Generated images count toward storage, within the limits of the organization’s plan. See Storage and upload size.
