Workflows usage analytics and limits
Workflows are limited by monthly executions (one per run) and by how many workflows may run at the same time. Model use inside a run also counts against your token windows.
Where to see runs
- The Executions tab on the Workflows page lists recent runs and their result.
- Executions in the Workforce menu’s activity group shows the same record across AI Staff, agents and workflows.
- Token use from AI steps appears in Settings → Usage with the rest of your usage.
Limits that apply

| Monthly executions | New runs are refused until next month, unless you have pack executions left |
| Workflows running at once | New runs are refused until a running one finishes |
| Token windows | AI steps pause until the window reopens, unless usage credits cover them |

Messages you may see
- You have used all … workflow executions included this month. Buy a pack or upgrade, or wait for next month.
- You already have … workflows running, which is the limit on your plan. Wait for one to finish.
- Could not verify your plan limits right now. Please try again in a moment. Try again shortly.
