The Usage Limits page

Usage Limits (under Organization) shows the selected organization’s plan, how many tokens it has used in each usage window, and when each window resets. Its heading is Usage & Plan Limits.

Before you start

Select an organization in the breadcrumb. On Personal the page only says “Select an organization from the switcher to see its plan, token allowance, and live usage.”

Current plan

The top card shows Current plan with the plan name, the monthly token allowance (for example “2M tokens / month”) and the overage rate. Two buttons sit here:

  • Upgrade plan opens the Syntic pricing page.
  • Manage credits opens the Console Billing overview.

The three usage bars

BarSizeResets
Session (5h window)25% of the monthly allowanceOn a rolling five-hour window
Weekly60% of the monthly allowanceOnce a week
MonthlyThe full monthly allowanceAt the start of each month

Each bar shows tokens used, the cap, the percentage, and a “Resets” date and time. The bar turns amber from 80% and red from 95%. On Enterprise, which has no fixed cap, the bars read “No cap on your plan.”

If live usage can’t be loaded, you will see “Couldn’t load your plan usage. Showing plan limits only.” The plan table below still shows correct limits.

What happens at the cap

The note under the bars depends on your plan:

  • Free has no overage. Requests stop when a cap is reached until the window resets, or you upgrade.
  • Paid plans can keep going past the cap at the plan’s overage rate per million tokens, but only when usage credits are turned on and a payment card is on file. Otherwise requests stop at the cap.

For the full rules on windows, overage and credit, see How usage limits work.

At the bottom, All plans compares each plan’s Monthly tokens, Session (5h), Weekly and Overage $/M, with your current plan marked current:
