Skills in Team and Enterprise organizations
In an organization, roles decide who can do what with skills. Anyone who can edit a staff member or agent can add and remove its skills, admins install marketplace skills for the whole organization, and only owners can submit a new marketplace listing.

Role details are in Roles and what each can do.
Install a marketplace skill for your organization
Open the marketplace
Press ⌘K (Ctrl+K on Windows), type Marketplace and choose Marketplace.
Choose a listing
Filter by category (CRM, Calendar, Email, Telephony, Data & enrichment, Utility or Custom) or search, then select a card to read its README, version and price.
Install
Select Install for your organization’s name. You’ll see Installed followed by the skill name. Installed listings show Uninstall instead.
Uninstalling turns the installation off rather than deleting it, so installing again later restores it.
Publish a skill (owners)
From the marketplace, Publish a skill opens a form for an existing agent plugin: slug, display name, short description, category, version, plugin ID, optional icon and screenshots, and a README. New listings start as pending review and only appear in the marketplace after Syntic approves them. Your submissions shows each listing’s review status. The form also has a monthly price and shows a revenue share set by Syntic. Paid listings can’t be installed or sold yet, so both are Proposed — not offered.
Org-wide controls such as limiting which skills members may attach, or requiring approval before a skill is attached, are not available yet.
