Troubleshoot Syntic on mobile
Most problems with Syntic on a phone come from the browser: an old version, blocked cookies, private browsing, or a weak connection. Find your symptom below.
Fixes by symptom
| Symptom | What to try |
|---|---|
| The page will not load or looks broken | Update your browser and your phone’s system, then reload. Try another browser to compare. |
| You are signed out every time you close the browser | Private or incognito tabs forget your sign-in. Use a normal tab, and allow cookies for syntic.ai. |
| The one-time sign-in code never arrives | Check spam and promotions folders, wait a minute, then ask for a new code. See Can’t sign in. |
| Two-step verification fails | Make sure your phone’s clock is set automatically; authenticator codes depend on it. |
| Add to Home Screen is missing | In Safari, open the Share menu and scroll down. In Chrome, use the three-dot menu. Other browsers may not offer it. |
| The home-screen icon opens a blank or old page | Remove the icon, open app.syntic.ai in the browser, sign in, then add it again. |
| Replies stop half-way | Your connection dropped. Move to a stronger signal or Wi-Fi and send again. |
| A limit or quota message | Limits are shared across all your devices. See Out of credits or over your limit. |
| An app-store app asks for your Syntic sign-in | It is not ours. Do not sign in. Report it through Contact support. |
