Use AI Call Center with an individual plan
No plan can use AI Call Center today, because it is switched off. The plans page already describes what each plan is meant to include for voice once it opens.
Voice access and included phone numbers by plan are planned, not a current offer: Proposed — not offered.

How voice is planned to be paid for
Voice is not part of the monthly token allowance. Call minutes are planned to be paid from separate voice credits, and extra phone numbers as add-ons.
The plans page still shows a Voice Credits tab and a Call Center Add-ons tab, and both can be bought today. While the Call Center is off, voice credits can’t be spent on calls and the add-ons have no effect on calls. Don’t buy them yet. If you already did, email support@syntic.ai.
What you pay today
Your plan price doesn’t include anything for voice. The only voice charges you could see are voice credits or Call Center add-ons bought on the plans page. See Compare plans.
