Limit automatic charges
The Spending section of Settings → Billing puts one ceiling over everything Syntic can charge to your card without you starting it. Whatever you switch on below it, the total charged automatically in a month never goes above this number. Only owners see and change this section.
The monthly limit
Monthly limit on automatic charges is the most Syntic will charge your card in a month across all automatic top-ups. It starts at $500. Enter a new amount (from $0 to $100,000) and click Save.
Below it, Syntic shows how much has been charged automatically this month against the limit, with how much is left and a reminder that it resets on the 1st.
Set it to $0 to turn automatic charges off completely. If any switches below are still on, Syntic warns that nothing will be charged until you raise the limit.
What can be charged automatically
| Switch | What it tops up |
|---|---|
| Workflow executions | Buys a workflow execution pack when your executions run out |
| API usage credits | Auto-reload of your usage credit balance. See Auto-reload |
| Call minutes | Voice credit for the AI Call Center, which is not available yet |
Each switch shows a short description of its current settings. Turning a switch off here is the same as turning it off on its own settings page.
Automatic top-ups are only available on paid plans. On Free, the switches can’t be turned on and the section says Automatic top-ups are available on paid plans.
