The Voucher page

Voucher (under Billing) is where voucher codes will be redeemed. Redeeming a code yourself is not available yet. The page says “Voucher redemption isn’t available yet”.

I have a voucher code

If Syntic or a partner has given you a voucher code, our team applies it for you:

1. Choose Contact us on the Voucher page, or email support@syntic.ai.
2. Include the code, your account email, and the Organization ID from the General page so the credit goes to the right organization.
3. Once applied, it shows on the Recharge Details page, usually as Platform credit or Adjustment.

I need credit now

Choose Go to Recharge to buy credit with a card. The minimum is $25. See The Recharge page.
