The Recharge Details page
Recharge Details (under Billing) is the history of money added to your organization’s API credit balance. Use it to confirm a top-up arrived or to match a payment to your records.
What it shows
The table has three columns:
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Created At | When the credit was added |
| Amount ($) | How much was added, shown in green with a plus sign |
| Type | Where the credit came from |
The Type column can read:
- Top-up: a purchase you made on the Recharge or Billing page, or by auto-reload.
- Refund: credit returned to your balance.
- Platform credit: credit Syntic added to your balance.
- Adjustment: a manual correction made by Syntic, for example after a support request.
Money spent on API calls is not listed here. To see spending, use Billing Details.
If nothing has been added yet, the table says “No payments yet”. Select an organization in the breadcrumb first; on Personal the list stays empty.

The New Payment button at the top opens the Recharge page.
My top-up isn’t listed
- Card payments usually appear within seconds. Reload the page.
- Check that the same organization is selected as when you paid.
- Payments of $10,000 or more are invoiced. Credit appears once the invoice is paid.
- If a card charge went through and the credit still hasn’t appeared after an hour, email support@syntic.ai with your Organization ID (from the General page), the amount and the date.
