SynticVerify your email

Verify your email

When you sign up or sign in with email, Syntic proves the address is yours by sending a one-time verification code. Entering that code is the verification: there is no separate confirmation link to click afterwards.

Enter the code

Request the code

On the sign-in page, type your email and click Continue with email. The page changes to Enter the verification code sent to followed by your address.

Find the email

Open your inbox and look for the message from Syntic. It can take a minute to arrive.

Type the code

Enter it in Enter verification code and click Verify Email Address.

The code didn’t arrive

  • Check your spam, junk and promotions folders.
  • Make sure the address on screen is right. If not, click Change email address and start again.
  • Click Try sending again. The link counts down from 30 seconds before you can use it, so you don’t flood your inbox.
  • Company mailboxes sometimes hold messages from new senders. Ask your IT team to allow mail from syntic.ai.

The code was rejected

That code is invalid or expired. Please try again. means the code was mistyped, already used, or has expired. Request a new one with Try sending again and use the newest email.

Signing in with Google

If you use Continue with Google, Google has already confirmed the address, so you don’t receive a code.

A short security check

Sometimes the form runs a quick automatic check that you are a person before it sends a code. If it fails to load, the form tells you so and asks you to try again; refreshing the page usually fixes it.
