Team plan
The Team plan adds per-seat billing for a group on top of an existing paid plan. You pay a fixed price per seat, and seats decide who in the organization has product access. Team plans need at least 2 seats and allow up to 150.
Price
| Seat | Billed annually | Billed monthly |
|---|---|---|
| Standard seat | $25 per seat per month ($300 a year) | $30 per seat per month |
Prices exclude tax. Seat billing is per organization. A premium seat type is not on sale at the moment.
Buying seats doesn’t change the organization’s plan. Usage still comes from the organization’s plan allowance and windows, and from usage credits if they are on. See How usage limits work.
What Team includes
The Enterprise tab of the plans page lists the Team features. Available today:
- Syntic Code and Chat, AI Agents and AI Staff
- Central billing and administration for the organization
- No model training on your content by default
Single sign-on (SSO) is listed but is not available yet; see Single sign-on (SSO). Ask sales@syntic.ai about any other listed item before you rely on it.
Buy a Team plan
Have a paid plan first
Team seats extend an existing paid plan. If the organization has none, the Team page says First, pick your plan with a Choose a plan button. See Choose a paid plan.
Start the Team checkout
On the plans page, open the Enterprise tab and click Get Team plan.
Name your team
On Let’s create your team, choose the organization under Add team to organization and type a team name of 3 to 50 characters that your members will recognize.
Choose seats and billing period
On Choose your seats and plan, set the number of standard seats and pick Monthly or Annually (Save 17%). The total updates as you go. A tick box lets you print another company or individual name on invoices.
Pay
Enter your card and click Subscribe, which shows the total. When it succeeds you see Subscribed — welcome to your Team plan!
Owners and administrators of the organization can buy Team seats.
After buying, invite people from Settings → Members and manage who holds a seat with the seat menu. See Manage seats.
