Use AI Staff with Team and Enterprise plans
In an organization, AI Staff belong to the organization. The plan’s slots are shared by everyone, and members’ roles decide who can hire and change staff. AI Staff is in limited preview, so only preview organizations see it today.
Shared slots
The organization’s plan sets the number of active AI Staff shared across all members rather than given to each person. Enterprise has no fixed limit. Settings → Usage shows how many slots are used, for example 2 of 3 slots used.
Who can do what

Organization controls that affect staff
- Disable AI Memory in Settings → Admin Settings stops memories being stored for the organization.
- Spend limits for members and groups apply to staff conversations too. See Member and group spend limits.
Team plan and Enterprise
The Team plan lists AI Staff among its features. Enterprise organizations get unlimited slots and a custom agreement. See Team plan and Enterprise.
