The Recharge page
Recharge (under Billing) is where you buy API credit with a card. Credit is held by the organization and can be spent through your API keys, Syntic Code in the terminal and Syntic Code in the desktop app.
Buy credit
Select the organization
Pick the organization that should receive the credit in the breadcrumb.
Choose an amount
Under Select Amount, pick $25, $50, $100, $200, $500, $1,000 or $5,000, or choose Custom and type a whole-dollar amount. The minimum is $25.
Check the order summary
The Order Summary on the right shows You pay, the Bonus, and Credit you receive. Any tax is added on the checkout page. Your Current Balance is shown above it.
Agree and check out
Tick “I have read and agree to the Recharge Agreement”, then choose Proceed to Checkout. You are sent to our payment processor’s secure card page to pay.
When you come back, the balance refreshes on its own for a few seconds while the payment is confirmed.
Bonus credit
The Bonus credit table on the page shows the current tiers:
| You pay | Bonus | How you pay |
|---|---|---|
| $25 – $99 | none | Card |
| $100 – $499 | +7% | Card |
| $500 – $1,999 | +10% | Card |
| $2,000 – $9,999 | +15% | Card |
| $10,000 – $49,999 | +20% | Invoice from our team; credit is added once it’s paid |
| $50,000 and up | talk to sales | Arranged with sales; nothing is charged online |
For example, paying $500 gives you $550 of credit. At $50,000 or more the button changes to Contact sales and opens the Contact Sales form with your amount filled in.
Auto-recharge switch
Below the agreement box, a switch turns on Auto-recharge API credit: when the balance falls to the threshold, your default card is charged to bring it back to the target. It needs a saved card. Change the threshold and target on the Billing overview.
