Troubleshoot Syntic for Excel
The add-in isn’t released, so these are the issues people run into while waiting.
The AppSource button on syntic.ai does nothing
It reads Coming soon to Microsoft AppSource and is inactive by design until the listing is live.
Searching for “Syntic” in Excel’s add-ins finds nothing
There is no published add-in yet. If something does appear under our name, don’t use it and let us know at support@syntic.ai.
My IT team can’t find it in the admin center
It can’t be deployed before release. Ask them to contact sales@syntic.ai to hear when it is ready.
A spreadsheet upload in chat fails
That’s a chat upload issue, not the add-in. Check the file size against your plan’s upload limit in Compare plans.
