Sign-in methods on your account
Every Syntic account is tied to one email address, and you can reach it in two ways: Continue with Google or a one-time code sent to that address. Company single sign-on is coming soon. There is no list of connected sign-in methods to manage in Settings; which ones work depends on your email address and Google account.
Which methods work for you
| Method | Works when |
|---|---|
| Email code | Always. The code goes to the email address on the account |
| Continue with Google | The Google account you pick has the address your Syntic account uses |
| Company single sign-on | Coming soon. See Single sign-on (SSO) |
Invited accounts and Google
If you were invited to an organization and opened the invitation link, Syntic offers Continue with Google on the welcome screen. Choosing it links your Google sign-in to the invited account, so you can use either method from then on.
Extra protection
Two-step verification and recovery codes are managed under Settings → Security. Organizations can also require every member to use two-step verification. See Two-step verification.
Because the email code is always available, keep your mailbox secure. Anyone who can read your email can request a sign-in code.
