Enterprise
Enterprise is Syntic’s plan for larger organizations that need custom usage, security controls and dedicated support. It is arranged with our sales team rather than bought online.
How Enterprise is priced
The Enterprise tab of the plans page describes Enterprise as flexible pooled usage: a seat price of $20 per seat plus tax, and usage charged at API rates on top, because usage cost depends on the model and the task. Your final terms are agreed with sales.
What Enterprise adds
The plans page lists the Enterprise features. Their status today:

Usage windows, AI Staff and AI Agent slots, and support targets for Enterprise are agreed in your contract.
Talk to sales

A short questionnaire asks about your rollout (for example more than 500 people, or a negotiated contract) and whether it’s for a new or an existing organization; every answer leads to our sales team, who set up Enterprise with you. Enterprise can’t be paid for online at the moment.

- Developers can also use the API sales form.
Enterprise organizations can still see their plan, payment method and invoices under Settings → Billing.
