Troubleshoot Syntic Desktop
Find your symptom below. Most Syntic Desktop problems are a copy that is already running, a sign-in that did not finish in the browser, a plan or balance limit, or a permission your computer has not granted. These fixes apply to preview builds.
Not a preview tester? There is nothing to install yet. See Get started with Syntic Desktop.

Send us details
If the app showed a diagnostic report path in an error, attach that file when you contact support. On macOS, crash reports are in the Syntic Desktop folder inside your user Library/Logs folder. Look through any report first and remove anything private.
