Browser problems
If the Syntic website or app does not load properly, sign-in keeps failing, or buttons do nothing, the cause is often in the browser: an extension, blocked cookies, or old saved site data. Trying a private window is the quickest way to tell.
Quick test: a private window
Open a private or incognito window and go to app.syntic.ai. Private windows start without your extensions (in most browsers) and without saved site data.
- Works in the private window: the problem is in your normal browser profile. Follow the steps below.
- Fails there too: try another browser or network, and check status.syntic.ai.
Fix your browser profile
Allow cookies for Syntic
Sign-in needs cookies. In your browser’s privacy settings, allow cookies for syntic.ai, including its subdomains. Strict “block all cookies” settings stop sign-in.
Allow pop-ups for Syntic
Continue with Google opens a pop-up. If your browser blocks it, allow pop-ups for the Syntic site. The page also switches to a full-page sign-in when the pop-up is blocked.
Turn off extensions one by one
Ad blockers, privacy tools, script blockers and some password managers can block sign-in or payment windows. Turn them off for the Syntic site, reload, and turn them back on one at a time to find the cause.
Clear Syntic’s site data
Clear cookies and cached files for syntic.ai only, then reload and sign in again. You will be signed out, but your conversations are stored in your account, not in the browser.
Update your browser
Use a current version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari.
Payment windows
Adding a card or buying credits opens a secure payment form. If it does not appear or closes with an error, allow pop-ups and turn off extensions for the page, then try again. Your bank may also ask you to confirm the payment in its own window or app.
Company devices
Company browsers and networks sometimes block sign-in pop-ups, cookies or payment pages. If Syntic works on your personal device but not at work, ask your IT team to allow syntic.ai and its subdomains.
