Troubleshoot Syntic for Chrome
Most issues today come from the extension not having launched yet. Here is what you might see and what to do.
The “Coming soon to Chrome Web Store” button doesn’t respond
That is expected. The button is inactive until the store listing is live.
I can’t find Syntic in the Chrome Web Store
The extension hasn’t been published. Searching the store won’t find an official Syntic listing.
I found an extension called Syntic
It is not from us. Remove it from Chrome, and if you typed your Syntic password into it, change your password right away. Then contact support@syntic.ai.
The “Browser extension” role switch changes nothing
There is no extension for it to control yet. Your saved setting is kept for launch.
I need Syntic beside my work in the browser now
Open Syntic on the web in a second tab or window.
