Console settings

Open Settings from your account menu (the round button with your initial at the top right). The page has three tabs: Account, Appearance and Security.

Account

Shows the Email you are signed in with and two buttons:

  • Sign out signs you out of the Console in this browser.
  • Sign out everywhere signs your account out in every browser where it is signed in to Syntic, not only this one.

Appearance

Under Theme, choose Light, Dark or System. System follows your computer’s light or dark setting. A check mark shows the current choice. The sign-in page always uses the light theme.

Security

The Security tab is also reachable straight from the account menu as Security (2FA).

Two-Factor Authentication

Add an authenticator app so that every Console sign-in also asks for a 6-digit code. Choose Add authenticator, scan the QR code (or type the secret shown beside it), enter the 6-digit code and choose Verify & enable. Each authenticator you add is listed with “enabled” and a delete button to remove it.

Full steps and what to do if you lose your phone: Two-step verification in the Console.

Active sessions

Sign out of all sessions does the same as Sign out everywhere. Use it if you think someone else has access to your account, then sign back in.

What’s not here

Your name, organization members and roles, and account deletion are managed in the main Syntic app, not in the Console. See Team & Enterprise plans and Privacy and legal.
