Report a security problem
If you think your account has been taken over, email support@syntic.ai. If you’ve found a security weakness in Syntic, report it to security@syntic.ai under the Responsible Disclosure Policy. For anything about personal data, write to privacy@syntic.ai.
If your account may be compromised
Act first, then tell us:
- Sign out everywhere and tick Also revoke my API keys.
- Secure your email account, because that’s how you sign in to Syntic.
- Turn on two-step verification.
- In the Console, check Billing Details for usage you didn’t make.
- Email support with what you noticed and when, and your Organization ID if billing is affected.
If you’ve found a vulnerability
Email security@syntic.ai, one vulnerability per report. The Responsible Disclosure Policy sets out what is in scope and the safe-harbor terms. Include:
- What you found and where (the page or API endpoint)
- Steps to reproduce it
- What an attacker could do with it
- Any request IDs from your testing
Please:
- Test only with your own account and data.
- Don’t access, change or delete other people’s data, and stop if you come across any.
- Don’t run tests that could slow down or break the service for others.
- Give us reasonable time to fix the problem before you tell anyone else.
Never include your API key or verification codes in a report.
Problems with how a model answers, such as jailbreaks or unsafe replies, are not security vulnerabilities. Send them to support@syntic.ai with enough detail to reproduce them. See Report harmful content or abuse.
Phishing and fake Syntic pages
Forward suspicious emails or links to support@syntic.ai. Real Syntic sign-in pages are on syntic.ai and platform.syntic.ai.
Service problems
For outages or slow responses rather than security issues, check status.syntic.ai first.
