Account disabled or deleted
If you see Your account has been disabled or Account unavailable when you sign in, your account is either disabled after a review or deleted. A deleted account can be brought back within 30 days of deletion; a disabled account can be appealed by email.
”Your account has been disabled”
This screen says access to the account was disabled following a review of its recent activity. Usually this relates to our Terms of Service.
What you can do:
- If you believe it is a mistake, appeal by emailing support@syntic.ai from the email address on the account. Explain briefly how you use Syntic.
- To use a different account, choose Use a different account.
API keys and app sign-ins that belong to a disabled account stop working too. The API answers with HTTP 403, code account_disabled, and the message “This account is disabled."
"Account unavailable”
This screen means the account was deleted or deactivated.
Deleted within the last 30 days
The screen says the account is still recoverable. Choose Reactivate my account to restore your profile, conversations and workspace. You see “Welcome back — your account has been reactivated.” when it is done.
”This account can no longer be restored”
The account is held for review or its data has already been removed, so reactivation isn’t offered. If you think this is wrong, or you need that email address for a new account, email support@syntic.ai from that address.
Deleting your account cancels your subscription immediately. After you reactivate, check Settings › Billing and choose a plan again if you need one.
”Confirm it’s you”
This is not a disabled account. We signed you out because we saw unusual activity. Choose Email me a code, enter the code and choose Confirm. Then run a malware check on your device and review your active sessions.
Your organization is unavailable
If you can sign in but API keys fail with code org_unavailable (“The organization this credential belongs to is not available.”), the organization, not your account, is suspended or being deleted. An organization owner should check billing notices or contact support.
