Use Connectors with an individual plan
Connecting GitHub works on every plan, including Free, and costs nothing extra. What your plan changes is how much you can do with the files you bring in, because they count as part of your chat usage.
What each plan includes
| All plans | |
|---|---|
| Connect a GitHub account | Yes |
| Add files from GitHub to a chat | Yes, within your plan’s usage windows |
| Slack and Microsoft 365 | Coming soon |
| Connector directory | Coming soon |
| Extra charge for connecting | None |
There is no plan that unlocks more connectors today. When the directory opens, this page will say which plans include it. Any pricing for connectors you may see elsewhere is Proposed — not offered.
Your connection is personal
A GitHub connection belongs to you, the person who approved it. Switching workspace doesn’t remove it, and other people in your organization can’t use your connection. Each of them connects their own account.
Changing or cancelling a plan
Downgrading or cancelling doesn’t disconnect GitHub. If you want Syntic to stop using it, select Disconnect in Settings → Integrations. See Connectors security and privacy to also remove access on the GitHub side.
